They're like a common cold - evolving, mutating and infecting us when we are tired, stressed and our defences are low.

There's also another common denominator - when we mention our symptoms to a professional, we are met with, "yeah, this is going around at the moment."

Whilst we can't do a whole lot to avoid getting a cold every now and then, we can avoid phishing email scams with education and training.
